国土资源管理工作中涉及到许多方面,如财务管理、矿政管理、耕地保护等,其中最重要的一项便是财务管理,它影响着整个国土经济的运作。但是从现在的状况来看,我国国土资源管理方式单一,过于偏重收支管理,而忽略了其他方面的管理,如必要的监管和控制等,尤其是内控制度的建设,从而影响了我国财务管理工作的顺利开展。本文主要分析一下我国国土资源财务内控制度建设中的现状,探究影响其发展的不利因素,从而制定出强化国土资源财务内控制度建设的制度,合理利用国土资源。
Land and resources management involves many aspects, such as financial management, mining management, farmland protection and so on. One of the most important items is financial management, which affects the operation of the entire national economy. However, from the current situation, China’s land and resources management is single and over-emphasis on revenue and expenditure management, while neglecting other aspects of management, such as the necessary supervision and control, especially the construction of the internal control system, thus affecting China’s financial management Work smoothly. This article mainly analyzes the status quo of the construction of financial internal control system of China’s land and resources and explores the unfavorable factors that affect its development so as to formulate a system to strengthen the construction of financial internal control system of land and resources and make rational use of land and resources.
