华东军政委员会今天颁布了发展农业生产十大政策的布告,中心内容是根据华东土地改革即将基本完成的新情况,明确规定了我人民政府奖励劳动、发展农业生产的各项政策。在华东一九五一年农业生产计划业已颁布、春耕即将到来的时机,颁发这个布告,是恰合时宜的。对鼓励广大群众的生产积极性,安定各阶层的生产情绪,广泛开展大生产运动,是有极大推动作用的。
