Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of one-stop emergency treatment for severe multiple trauma. Methods: The clinical data of 328 patients with severe multiple trauma from July 2006 to May 2012 in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed. There were 186 cases and 142 cases before and after the one-stop emergency treatment. Results: The emergency one-stop treatment mode has won the rescue opportunity for patients with severe multiple traumatic injuries, improved the success rate of treatment and reduced the morbidity and complications. Conclusion: The emergency one-stop treatment mode is beneficial to the promptness, continuity and high efficiency of the treatment of severe multiple trauma patients. It avoids the emptying and delay of the responsibility in the treatment process and the increase of the time in the “time window” of serious multiple trauma patients Treatment success rate.
