随着科技的发展和时代的不断进步,社会对民生问题的关注度越来越高,人们也开始研究民生问题的解决办法。目前我国正在迈向共享发展成果、全面改善民生的新时代,国家和政府大力倡导建设民生、改善民生。现代化社会主义建设,必须将建设民生作为重点任务之一。民生问题是一个重要课题,影响的因素有很多,本文主要从法律的角度来思考民生问题,并针对民生问题的基本内涵进行分析,论述了民生问题存在的历史背景和社会原因等,提出解决民生问题的思路和理念。
