电机制造厂用的銅綫很多,一般外面都有一层漆皮,有的在漆皮外面还有一层紗包,但往往由于某种原因需要去掉漆皮或紗包,如銅綫进厂时檢查人員要測量銅线的直徑,又如接綫头时都需除去絕緣层。以往的办法是用酒精灯烧或用刀子刮。檢查銅线时每一圈需要燒去六米长,約需50~60分钟才能烧好,不但花工时太多,同时往往影响車間生产。此外,表面上还会产生一层氧化膜,致使尺寸不准确。在增产节約运动中,經过試驗研究改用下法处理,大大地提高了工作效率,現介紹如下,以供参考:
