中职学生刚刚从初中进入中职院校,大多行为习惯、文化基础相对薄弱,学习习惯也不能让人满意,这些客观和主观因素给班主任管理带来许多意料之中和意料之外的麻烦。一味地训斥、批评打击,教育效果往往适得其反。班主任作为班级工作的管理者和引导者,理应在理解、尊重的前提下,为学生的身心发展创设良好的环境。因此,建立人本管理的基本模式显得尤为重要。将从意义、现状、内容三个方面作简要阐述。
