AIDS patients with the risk of cancer is very large, its disease spectrum is special. The purpose of this article is to compare the prevalence of cancer in AIDS patients and the general population in the United States and Puerto Rico to identify the clinical features of AIDS complicated with cancer. Analysis and comparison of 98 336 AIDS patients <70 years of age and 1 125 098 cases of general population cancer patients
