全过程调度逻辑是调度系统及各种调度优化方法得以工程实现,从而使企业整体运行效益得以提高的关键技术。针对流程工业的生产特点和市场特征,提出了基于调度耦合程度的过程结构分解技术,从而给出了过程流调度(PFS)的逻辑及其各级调度单元的基本定义和调度规则,阐述了PFS的基本原理,调度策略及关键支撑技术。提出PFS是适合于过程工业的一种基于过程结构分解的全过程调度逻辑。
