为了适应特区经济发展的需要,借鉴香港的经验,加快我市税收征管改革的步伐,经市人民政府批准,由市税务局组织了六人赴香港考察小组,于1988年9月17日至9月24日,对香港税收征管制度和方法进行了专题考察。这次考察得到新华社香港分社的支持,受到香港税务局的热情接待,香港税务局局长欧阳富先生会见了考察组全体成员,详细介绍了香港税收管理方面的情况,回答了我们提出的问题,
In order to meet the needs of economic development in the SEZs and learn from the experience of Hong Kong and speed up the reform of the tax collection and administration in our city, six people went to the inspection team of Hong Kong by the Municipal Inland Revenue Department with the approval of the Municipal People’s Government.
