在pH 4.5的柠檬酸-柠檬酸钠缓冲液中,牛血红蛋白催化H2O2氧化I-产生I3-,I3-与吖啶橙进一步发生反应形成离子缔合物,导致体系共振散射强度明显增大,据此提出了一种测定痕量H2O2的新方法。在528.95 nm处,H2O2浓度在4.12×10-7~1.65×10-5mol/L范围内与共振散射强度的改变值△I呈良好线性关系,检出限为3.23×10-8mol/L。方法已用于水样中H2O2的测定。
In pH 4.5 citrate-sodium citrate buffer solution, bovine hemoglobin catalyzes the oxidation of I- to I3 by H2O2, and I3- reacts with acridine orange to form ion-association compounds, resulting in a significant increase in the resonance scattering intensity of the system This proposed a new method for the determination of trace H2O2. At 528.95 nm, the concentration of H2O2 showed a good linear relationship with the change of resonance scattering intensity △ I in the range of 4.12 × 10-7 ~ 1.65 × 10-5mol / L with the detection limit of 3.23 × 10-8mol / L. The method has been applied to the determination of H2O2 in water sample.
