可调引射混合式低压加热器增加进口水的调节装置,可以有效地调节不同工况下的引射参数,对于提高引射器效率具有重要作用。试验对不同引射蒸气压力下的引射性能和加热性能进行研究。在工作流体定压(0.3MPa)、引射蒸汽压力ps=0.10~0.20MPa条件下,当ps为0.10MPa时,面积比m从7.34~11.70可调,引射蒸汽质量(Qs)变化为59~50kg/h;当ps为0.20MPa时,m从3.4~11.70可调,Qs变化为83~56kg/h。以上条件均能使加热器出口水温高于104℃。结果表明可调引射混合式低压加热器可在很大的范围内调节来满足变工况要求,可以在热力发电厂的低压加热系统中应用。
Adjustable injection hybrid low-pressure heaters to increase the import of water conditioning device can effectively adjust the injection parameters under different conditions, to improve the efficiency of the ejector plays an important role. The above conditions can make the heater outlet water temperature higher than 104 ℃. The results show that the adjustable ejector hybrid low pressure heater can be adjusted in a wide range to meet the changing conditions and can be used in the low pressure heating system of the thermal power plant.
