本文对河南省17个县(市)1982-1994年间所建1226处降氟改水打井工程使用情况进行了现况调查,因管水组织不健全、动力不配套、机械管道损坏或丢失等原因而停用一年以上工程为189处,占15.42%。对其正在使用的1037处工程水氟含量进行了测定:水氟大于1.0mg/L者占163处,超标率为15.72%。监测井深在40米以内工程149处,水氟大于1.0mg/L者占43处,超标率为28.86o/o:井深在41-60米工程208处,水氟大于1.0mg/L者34处,超标率为16.35%:井深在61-99米工程321处,水氟大于1.0mg/L者43处,超标率为13.40%:井深在100米以上工程184处,水氟大于1.0mg/L者占12处,超标率为6.52%。本次共监测井壁材料为钢管工程水氟69处,仅有1处大于1.0mg/L超标率仅占1.45%,提示:①水氟含量随井的深度递增而呈现逐渐降低的趋势,二者呈高度负相关关系(r=-0.9138P<0.01)。②选用坚固耐用而密封较好的钢管井壁能够有效防止不同水氟地下水相互渗漏。
