随着抗生素药物在临床上的广泛应用,其常见的不良反应已引起重视。但有些反应尚未引起临床注意。现将我院自1993～1994年间收集到的常用抗生素的几种罕见的不良反应病例分析如下,以供临床用药参考。 一、口服肠溶红霉素片引起类低血糖反应2例 例1,患者女,37岁,因“牙龈炎”于饭后口服红霉素片0.375g,tid,服用8h以后,出现心慌,头晕,无力,腹部有饥饿感,停药后症状消失。后又日服本药同等量,仍出上述类低血糖症状。
With the widespread use of antibiotics in clinical practice, its common adverse reactions have attracted attention. However, some reactions have not caused clinical attention. Now our hospital collected from 1993 to 1994 commonly used antibiotics several rare cases of adverse reactions as follows, for clinical reference. First, the oral administration of erythromycin tablets caused by hypoglycemic reaction 2 cases 1, female, 37 years old, because of “gingivitis” after oral administration of erythromycin tablets 0.375g, tid, taking 8h later, palpitation, Dizziness, weakness, hunger in the abdomen, symptoms disappeared after stopping. After serving the same amount of the same day, still out of the above categories of hypoglycemia symptoms.
