目的:考察湿法超微粉碎-超滤法快速提取浓缩全蝎蛋白的可行性。方法:利用大鼠体内抗凝血、抗血栓药效试验比较湿法超微粉碎-超滤法、胃蛋白酶酶解法2种提取工艺所得全蝎蛋白的药效差异,以考察湿法超微粉碎-超滤法用于全蝎蛋白提取浓缩的可行性。结果:2种提取方法所得全蝎蛋白均能明显延长大鼠凝血时间、血浆活化部分凝血酶时间、凝血酶原时间、凝血酶时间,并对大鼠动静脉血栓干、湿重均有明显减轻作用,与生理盐水对照组比较,均有统计学差异。结论:经大鼠体内抗凝血、抗血栓药效试验验证,采用湿法超微粉碎-超滤法快速提取浓缩全蝎蛋白是可行的。
Objective: To investigate the feasibility of rapid extraction of concentrated whole scorpion protein by wet ultrafine pulverization - ultrafiltration.
