农村劳动力转移问题是自20世纪80年代以来中国研究的一个十分重要的内容,也是国际学术界关注的一个世界性的课题。当前,中国经济运行中的结构性矛盾突出表现为城乡分割、城乡分治的经济社会的二元结构。二元结构下的经济发展必然伴随着农村劳动力向非农产业、向城市及城镇的转移过程。农村劳动力的非农就业是影响经济发展的基础性因素之一,也是发展过程中重要的目标和进步的标志。
The transfer of rural labor force is a very important part of China’s research since the 1980s and a worldwide topic of concern to the international academic community. At present, the structural contradictions in China’s economic operation have been highlighted by the dual structure of urban-rural division and urban-rural division of economy and society. The economic development under the dual structure is inevitably accompanied by the transfer of rural laborers to non-agricultural industries, to cities and towns. Non-agricultural employment of rural labor force is one of the basic factors that affect economic development, and also an important indicator of progress and goal in the development process.
