目的:探讨诺舒(阻抗控制子宫内膜切除系统)对围绝经期功能失调性子宫出血的临床疗效。方法:选取我院2014年3月—2015年3月围绝经期功能失调性子宫出血的患者58例,均采用诺舒进行治疗,术后1个月、6个月、12个月门诊随访,观察其临床疗效及并发症。结果:57例患者手术均顺利完成,1例患者因既往行子宫内膜电切术,术中发现宫腔粘连,呈桶状,诺舒无法打开,更换手术方式;1例患者术中有部分纵隔,先行纵隔切开,后行诺舒,术中无并发症发生。手术平均时间(52±8)s,术中出血约(8±2)m L,术后阴道流液时间平均(45±13)天,术后患者子宫收缩疼痛6例;疼痛持续时间(3~5)天;术后1个月有效率100%,6个月有效率100%,12个月有效率96.5%。结论:诺舒治疗功能失调性子宫出血中疗效肯定,手术创伤小,恢复快,并发症少,值得推广。
Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy of Novus (impedance-controlled endometrial ablation system) on dysfunctional uterine bleeding in perimenopausal period. Methods: Fifty-eight patients with peri-menopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding in our hospital from March 2014 to March 2015 were enrolled in this study. All patients were treated with Noble, and were followed up for 1 month, 6 months and 12 months after operation. Observe its clinical efficacy and complications. Results: The operation of 57 patients was successfully completed. One patient was found to have intrauterine adhesions and barrel shape due to the previous endometrial resection. Nosocom can not be opened and the mode of operation was changed. One patient had some intraoperative operation Mediastinum, the first mediastinum incision, followed by noshu, intraoperative no complications. The mean duration of operation was 52 ± 8 s, the duration of intraoperative bleeding was (8 ± 2) m L, the duration of postoperative vaginal fluid was (45 ± 13) days, postoperative uterine contractions pain was 6 and pain duration ~ 5) days. The effective rate was 100% at 1 month after operation, 100% at 6 months and 96.5% at 12 months. Conclusion: Nosuride treatment of dysfunctional uterine bleeding in the positive effect of small trauma, rapid recovery, fewer complications, it is worth promoting.
