为了提高密烘铸铁的质量,除了提高铁水温度、调整化学成分之外,更重要的一环在于向铁水中加入少量的孕育剂,进行孕育处理。孕育剂一般只占铸件成本的很少一部分,但良好的孕育效果却可以发挥出很大的经济效益。为此,尽快改变长期以来我国孕育剂品种单一、孕育效果差、衰退快、对铸件的断面敏感性强的状况,加强对各种孕育剂的研究生产和应用,是我们的当务之急。
In order to improve the quality of bake cast iron, in addition to increasing the temperature of the molten iron and adjusting the chemical composition, a more important part is to add a small amount of inoculant to the molten iron for inoculation. Inoculants generally account for only a small part of the cost of the casting, but good inoculation effects can exert great economic benefits. To this end, as soon as possible to change the long-term single species of inoculant in our country, inoculation effect is poor, fast recession, the cross-section of castings sensitive to the situation, to strengthen the research and production of various inoculants and application, is our top priority.
