应用ABC免疫组织化学方法,结合图像定量分析,研究了18只哮喘豚鼠结状神经节和C7~T5段脊神经节内神经激肽A(NKA)的变化。结果表明,哮喘时结状神经节及C7~T,段脊神经节内NKA阳性细胞教分别增加了约30.6%和35.1%;NKA平均密度分别增加了35.2%和31.7%,NKA灰度值的改变也有极显著性意义(P<0.01)。结果提示一级传入系统的NKA可能参与了哮喘发作的病理生理过程,是其发作的重要因素之一
ABC immunohistochemistry and quantitative image analysis were used to study the changes of neurokinin A (NKA) in the nodose ganglia and C7 ~ T5 spinal ganglia of 18 asthmatic guinea pigs. The results showed that the number of NKA positive cells in the nodose ganglia, C7-T and segment ganglion in asthma increased by about 30.6% and 35.1%, respectively; the average density of NKA increased by 35.2% and 31.7% respectively %, NKA grayscale changes also have significant significance (P <0.01). The results suggest that NKA, a primary afferent system, may be involved in the pathophysiological process of asthma attack, which is one of the important factors of its attack
