少数血透患者在日晒部位可发生皮肤损害,其临床及病理特征都与迟发性皮肤卟啉病相似。该综合征的发生可能与铝有关。肾衰和维持血透的患者体内常有铝的积聚,部分是由于服用降血磷的氢氧化铝,而主要原因是制备透析液用水中存在过量的铝。现已知铝中毒是引起透析脑病,抗维生素D透析骨病及小细胞低色素贫血的主要原因。有关铝引起的贫血,其机理可能是血红素合成障碍,酶的活性受抑制或干扰铁的结合与利用所致。本文旨在研究血红素生物合成中各种参数与血透患者体内铝负荷之间的关系。
A small number of hemodialysis patients in the sun may have skin lesions, its clinical and pathological features are similar to delayed skin porphyria. The occurrence of this syndrome may be related to aluminum. The accumulation of aluminum in patients with renal failure and hemodialysis is often due in part to the administration of hypophosphorous aluminum hydroxide, which is mainly due to the presence of excess aluminum in the dialysate water. It is known that aluminum poisoning is the main cause of dialysis encephalopathy, anti-vitamin D dialysis bone disease and microcytic hypochromic anemia. The mechanism of anemia caused by aluminum may be due to the heme biosynthesis disorder, inhibition of enzyme activity or interference with the binding and utilization of iron. This article aims to investigate the relationship between various parameters of heme biosynthesis and the aluminum load in hemodialysis patients.
