一、决定。决定是党政机关用来部署某项重要任务或中心工作时使用的一种公文,就其内容和作用来看,有就某一具体事项的决定和确定一项重大方针政策的决定。一个决定,是由标题、正文、落款三部分组成。标题要求简炼,准确体现公文内容,标明发文机关名称与文种,如《中共中央关于整党的决定》、《中国共产党第十二届中央委员会第三次全体会议关于召开党的全国代表会议的决定》。正文分为事由部分和具体内容部分,两部分间常用“特作如下决定”等语作为转折。落款的方法有两种,一种是在标题下注明发文时间(发文机关名称在标题中已经写明,故省略),第二种是在正文的末尾签署发

The title requires conciseness and accurate representation of the contents of the official document, indicating the name and language of the organ in issue, such as the Decision of the CPC Central Committee on Party Reorganization, the Third Plenary Session of the Twelfth Central Committee of the Communist Party of China on Holding the National Conference of the Party decision“. The text is divided into the cause part and the concrete content part. The two parts commonly use the term ”make the following special decision" as a turning point. There are two ways to inscribe a loan, one is to indicate the time of dispatch under the heading (the name of the dispatching authority is stated in the title, so it is omitted), and the second one is to sign the hair at the end of the text
