中国的企业家十分艰辛,尤其是女企业家。随着妇女地位的提高,女企业家们肩上的担子也越发沉重。她们有成功,但也有曲折;她们有欢乐,但也有苦涩。作为企业家,她们既有企业家的权利,也有企业家的义务;既有女性特有的优势,更有女性特有的困难。如何给这些职业女性切实的帮助?上海市当代人物研究会和静安区政协联合举办的上海市职业妇女高级讲习班对此作了有益的尝试。 该班于今年九月二十日在上海市巾帼园开学。来自上海市财贸系统、工业系统、建设系统和静安、长宁、闸北、黄浦、卢湾等区的女厂长、女经理以及部分女科技人员和高校女教师共七十多人,她们在此鼓劲、加油、充电,争取更大成功,渴望再度辉煌。 ·主办者用心良苦
Entrepreneurs in China are tough, especially women entrepreneurs. As women’s status has risen, the burden on women entrepreneurs has grown heavier. They have success, but also twists and turns; they are happy, but also bitter. As entrepreneurs, they have entrepreneurial rights as well as entrepreneurial obligations. They have both women’s unique advantages and women’s unique difficulties. How to give practical help to these professional women? Shanghai Contemporary Character Research Association and the Jing’an District People’s Political Consultative Conference jointly organized by the Shanghai Vocational Women’s Senior Workshop made a useful attempt. The class started on September 20 this year in Jinliyuan, Shanghai.
