高校分党校是新时期高校党建工作的创新之举,是高校党校的延伸拓展,因此研究高校分党校的创新机制具有重要的理论和实践意义。通过网上在线问卷调查,分析当前高校分党校建设中存在的问题,从四个方面提出新时期高校分党校创新机制建设的对策。
Party branch-opening in colleges and universities is an innovative measure for party building in colleges and universities in the new era and an extension of the development of party schools in colleges and universities. Therefore, it is of great theoretical and practical significance to study the innovation mechanism of dividing the party school in colleges and universities. Through the online online questionnaire survey, this paper analyzes the existing problems in the construction of the Party-building in colleges and universities and puts forward the countermeasures to establish the innovation mechanism in the new era.
