疟疾仍然是一个严重危害人类健康的公共卫生问题,尤其多见于发展中国家。随着认识的深入,间日疟也获得越来越多的重视。有效的药物治疗是控制疟疾甚至消除疟疾的基石,近年来已有越来越多的间日疟原虫氯喹抗性报道,间日疟原虫氯喹抗性已成为间日疟防治中一个备受关注的问题。本文就间日疟原虫氯喹抗性的分布现状、体内外检测方法和分子检测标志物研究进展进行初步总结。
Malaria remains a public health problem that is seriously endangering human health, especially in developing countries. With the deepening of understanding, vivax has gained more and more attention. Effective drug treatment is the cornerstone of malaria control or even elimination of malaria. In recent years, more and more chloroquine resistance has been reported in Plasmodium vivax. Chloroquine resistance of Plasmodium vivax has become a major concern in the prevention and control of Plasmodium vivax problem. In this paper, the distribution of chloroquine resistance of Plasmodium vivax in vivo, in vitro and in vivo detection methods and molecular detection of markers of progress preliminary study.
