目的对年产6000t高模低缩涤纶工业丝技改工程进行职业病危害控制效果评价。方法采用职业卫生现场调查、检测检验法进行评价。结果该建设项目粉尘、联苯、氢氧化钠符合国家卫生标准;高温岗位作业分级均为Ⅰ级;作业场所噪声有超标现象,卷绕工8h等效A声级值为86.9~88.3dB(A),超过国家职业接触限值;部分工作场所照度不符合有关国家标准。结论该工程职业病危害控制效果基本符合职业卫生要求,但需加强噪声工程控制和个人防护用品佩戴。
Objective To evaluate the control effect of occupational hazards on the technical renovation project of 6000t high modulus and low shrinkage polyester industrial yarn. Methods The occupational health field survey and test method were used to evaluate. Results The dust, biphenyl and sodium hydroxide in the construction project conformed to the national health standards. The job grade of high-temperature job was grade Ⅰ. The noise in the working place exceeded the standard. The value of equivalent A sound level of 8h winder was 86.9-88.3dB (A ), More than the national occupational exposure limit; part of the workplace illumination does not meet the relevant national standards. Conclusion The control effect of occupational hazards in this project basically meets the requirements of occupational health, but noise engineering control and personal protective equipment need to be strengthened.
