目的：研究吸莫合烟对金黄色地鼠巨噬细胞吞噬功能的影响。方法：巨噬细胞吞噬试验法。结果：巨噬细胞吞噬率和吞噬指数，吸烟组明显低于对照组（非吸烟组）（Ｐ＜０．０５）。另外测定了免疫器官的重量，结果吸烟组脾和胸腺的重量及胸腺指数、脾指数均低于对照组（Ｐ＜０．０００５）。结论：提示吸莫合烟对金黄色地鼠免疫功能有抑制作用
Objective: To study the effect of smoking puffs on phagocytosis of golden hamster macrophages. Methods: Macrophage phagocytosis assay. Results: The phagocytic rate and phagocytic index of macrophages in smoking group were significantly lower than those in control group (non-smoking group) (P <0.05). In addition, the weights of the immune organs were measured. The results showed that the weights of the spleen and thymus, the thymus index and the spleen index of the smoking group were lower than those of the control group (P <0.0005). Conclusion: It is suggested that smoking alopecia smoke can inhibit the immune function of golden hamster
