本文用新西兰大白兔制作缺血性急性肾功能衰竭模型。动态观察肾小管的超微病理变化并测定血浆脂质过氧化物(LPO)含量,红细胞内超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性。结果,缺血性急性肾功能衰竭由缺血性损伤和再灌注损伤两部分组成。肾小管上皮细胞内线粒体的结构变化和功能障碍是缺血损伤的早期病理特征。再灌注时肾小管损伤进一步加重且与氧自由基损伤密切相关。完整的上皮细胞从肾小管基底膜上的脱离是缺血性急性肾功衰时肾小管损伤的表现之一。
In this paper, New Zealand white rabbits to make ischemic acute renal failure model. The pathological changes of renal tubules were observed dynamically and the content of plasma lipid peroxides (LPO) and the activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD) in erythrocytes were measured. Results, ischemic acute renal failure by the ischemic injury and reperfusion injury in two parts. Structural changes and dysfunction of mitochondria in renal tubular epithelial cells are early pathological features of ischemic injury. Renal tubular injury was further aggravated during reperfusion and was closely related to oxygen free radical damage. Complete detachment of epithelial cells from the tubulointerstitial membrane is one of the manifestations of renal tubular injury during ischemic acute renal failure.
