回顾我科收治３１例年龄≤４０岁（年轻组）的膀胱移行细胞癌，并与同期≥４１岁患者（中老年组）进行比较分析，结果显示，在肿瘤的分期、分级、多发性肿瘤的发生率、肿瘤复发率以及肿瘤病死率等方面，年轻组均明显优于中老年组，提示年轻组患者有着较好的预后。年轻患者的治疗应同年长患者一样，根据肿瘤的分期和分级来决定。
Review of our department for the treatment of 31 cases of bladder transitional cell carcinoma of patients younger than 40 years old (young group), and with the same period ≥41 years old patients (middle-aged and elderly group) were compared and analyzed, the results showed that in the tumor staging, grading, multiple tumor Incidence, tumor recurrence rate and tumor mortality, young group were significantly better than the middle-aged group, suggesting that young patients have a better prognosis. Treatment of young patients should be the same with the same long patients, according to the tumor stage and grade to decide.
