在土壤耕作机具上,带有弹性部件的犁柱比刚性犁柱能更好地保证耕作质量,并且能减小牵引阻力,从而提高生产率。现有的弹性犁柱,一般是将刚性犁柱铰接在犁架上,并装有一组弹簧装置,象用于乱石地的犁上的安全机构。这种结构较复杂,金属耗量多。白俄罗斯农学院研制了钢板弹簧犁柱。它是由一组不同长度的相互迭起成等强度梁形式的钢板弹簧8,和带有调节螺钉8的止动臂7组成(见图)。带有调节螺钉的止动臂能保证方便地调整犁柱在耕作时的刚度和摆幅。这种弹性犁柱结构简单,金属耗量小。弹簧片是用汽车的废板簧制成。第一片弹簧板长700毫米,它的下端卷成一个耳环,用来固定犁体。其后的弹簧
Plow plows with elastic components on soil-tillage machines provide better plowing quality than rigid plow-columns and reduce drag resistance, resulting in higher productivity. Existing resilient plow pillars generally articulate the rigid plow column to the plow frame and incorporate a set of spring devices, such as safety mechanisms on plows for rocky heaths. This structure is more complex, metal consumption. Belarussian Agricultural Academy developed a leaf spring plow column. It is composed of a series of leaf springs 8 of different lengths in the form of equal strength beams and retaining arms 7 with adjusting screws 8 (see figure). The stop arm with adjustment screw ensures easy adjustment of plow rigidity and swing during plowing. This flexible plow column structure is simple, metal consumption is small.
