此地钱多、人傻,速来。这是美国资本市场的写照吗?中国C时代的公司正开始排成密集队形在这里上市。从2Q10年下半年开始,麦考林、优酷、当当网、奇虎360、人人网、世纪佳缘,而后面还有开心网、迅雷等十余家排队等候。事实上,美国的IPO市场在经济危机后并不热闹,在2010年第4季度共有32家风投资助的企业上市,其中中国公司就占了17家。

From the second half of 2Q10, Mecoxlane, Youku, Dangdang, Qihoo 360, Renren, the best edge of the century, followed by happy network, Thunder and more than a dozen waiting in line. In fact, the IPO market in the United States was not bustling after the economic crisis. In the fourth quarter of 2010, a total of 32 VC-funded companies were listed, of which 17 were Chinese companies.
