自从辽宁日报三月十二日刊登了《工人阶級的好女儿——韓秀芬》一稿后(人民日报、工人日报和中央人民广播电台,先后轉載和轉播了这篇稿子),在辽宁省的广大职工以及各界人民群众中产生了深远的影响。广大人民群众,特別是工矿企业的工人,都为韓秀芬的公而忘私、舍己为人的事迹所感动,紛紛表示要向她学习,韓秀芬式的工人也相继出現。《工人阶級的好女儿——韓秀芬》这篇通訊,是辽宁日报的記者和通訊員合写的,我参与了这篇稿件的采写。这里,我談談采写中的一些体会。
