3 供油系统潍坊柴油机厂61212A型喷油泵调速器总成可配用于该厂各种型号的6160A柴油机,该泵属于国产Z系列直列合成式柱塞泵。喷油泵只改变供油调整参数,调速器仅改变少数零件就能满足84～202kW的6160A柴油机的需要。另外,为了满足不同用途机组的要求,配有两制式或全程式机械调速器。 3.1 喷油泵喷油泵由泵体、供油元件、传动机构和油量控制机构等组成。喷油泵的凸轮轴经接合器由柴油机定时齿轮传动轴、联结盘驱动,另一端与调速器增速齿轮联结,输油泵装在泵体上,泵体为整体式,六支供油元件装入其中形成一个整体。每支供油元件的结构如图1所示,(1)为出油阀紧座,弹簧(2)
