从词源分析入手,分解“学术”概念,对应高等教育类型,可以发现普通高等教育与“学”密不可分,高等职业教育与“术”有着内在联系,“重学轻术”是高等教育发展不平衡的重要原因。高等教育的均衡发展应当在“学术并举”的前提下有不同的侧重,普通高等教育应以“崇学”为主,高等职业教育则应以“尚术”为主,从而使不同类型的高等教育都能准确定位、合理分工、凸现特色,真正形成高等教育的合理生态系统。
Starting from etymological analysis, we can decompose the concept of “academic” and correspond to the type of higher education. We can find that ordinary higher education is closely related to “learning”, and higher vocational education is intrinsically linked with “surgery”. “ Light technique ”is an important reason for the unbalanced development of higher education.
