中职学生的课堂管理和课堂效率一直是令专任教师头疼的问题,问题的出现与学生的基础差、青春期叛逆心理、自卑心理等都有一定的关系。针对学生特点,应积极应对,加强师生间的沟通,采取多样化的教学方法,制定配套管理制度,严格管理,有效制止不良的课堂行为,提高课堂授课效率。
Classroom management and classroom efficiency of secondary vocational students have always been a headache for full-time teachers. The emergence of problems has a certain relationship with students’ poor foundation, adolescent rebelling psychology and inferiority. In response to the characteristics of students, we should actively respond to them, strengthen the communication between teachers and students, adopt diversified teaching methods, formulate supporting management systems, and strictly manage and effectively stop bad classroom behaviors and improve classroom teaching efficiency.
