为了研究柯萨奇B组病毒1～6型(CVB_(1～6)与自然流产的关系,采用间接ELISA法检测了40例自然流产妇女和40例人工流产妇女血清柯萨奇B组病毒抗体IgM(CVB-IgM)。结果为自然流产组中CVB-IgM阳性率为85％(34/40),人工流产组中CVB-IgM阳性率为35％(14/40),两者比较有显著性差异(P<0.01),提示,CVB感染与自然流产有一定相关性。
In order to study the relationship between Coxsackie B virus type 1 ~ 6 (CVB 1 ~ 6) and spontaneous abortion, the serum levels of Coxsackie B virus in 40 spontaneous abortion women and 40 abortion women were detected by indirect ELISA IgM (CVB-IgM) .Results The positive rate of CVB-IgM was 85% (34/40) in spontaneous abortion group and 35% (14/40) in CVB-IgM group (P <0.01), suggesting that there is a certain correlation between CVB infection and spontaneous abortion.
