压力机锁紧回路的作用是在执行元件不工作时,准确地停留在原来位置上,不能因泄漏或外界因素而改变位置。采用锁紧回路可以起到保压作用,防止泄漏,保证负重油缸活塞稳定,确保机械正常工作。以压力机的3种锁紧回路如换向阀中位机能、双液控单向阀以及平衡阀锁紧回路为例,分析了其工作原理,利用AMESim对锁紧回路进行了仿真,并在液压试验台上进行了测试。试验表明,仿真得到的液压缸位移曲线与试验台测试所得的位移曲线基本吻合,验证了仿真的正确性。

The use of locking circuit can play the role of packing, to prevent leakage, to ensure that the load-bearing cylinder piston stability, to ensure the normal work of machinery. In this paper, the working principle of the three kinds of locking circuits of the press, such as the performance of the reversing valve, the dual pilot operated check valve and the balance valve locking circuit, are analyzed. The locking loop is simulated by AMESim. Hydraulic test bench was tested. The experimental results show that the displacement curve obtained by the simulation is basically consistent with the displacement curve obtained from the test bench test, which proves the correctness of the simulation.
