教师在教学实践中会遇到各种不同的问题,如果不能及时发现问题则势必影响整体教学质量,因此教学中的反思尤为重要。本文以同济大学浙江学院的大学英语课程为例,着重研究不同的反思教学手段对于提高教学质量和教师素质的作用。
Teachers in teaching practice will encounter a variety of different issues, if you can not find the problem is bound to affect the overall quality of teaching, so teaching reflection is particularly important. This article takes Zhejiang University College English Course of Tongji University as an example to study the effect of different reflective teaching methods on improving teaching quality and teachers’ quality.
