即使在装备有电子调节及操纵系统的锻造设备上,无论是锻造程序也好,抑或是一些重要的控制参数也好,诸如:压机行程行驶距离和操作机的接通时点,仍然要由操作人员预先给定。这就引起不在所有压次中选用最大可能的变形和最佳的行驶距离,也不完全利用设备的生产能力,而使用程序控制却能避免这些缺点。曾在一台16MN的自由锻压设备上安装和试验了一个带过程计算机的程序控制系统,用新发展起来的计算方法确定锻造程序。已对人工锻造程序锻造作出的初步比较性试验表明,在程序锻造时锻造过程非常稳定,同时部分地缩短了锻造时间。

Preliminary comparative tests have been made on the forging of the artificial forging process showing that the forging process is very stable during the forging process and partly reduces the forging time.
