10年来,深圳特区广泛地实行外引内联,结合本地的实际情况,虚心学习和借鉴国内外的先进管理经验,努力探索,大胆实践,逐步形成了特区企业管理的风格与特色。本文拟就这个问题作一些探讨。一、明确的市场导向观念深圳特区处在国内市场与国际市场的交汇点,经济发展目标是外向型经济。特区企业产品须适应内地市场、特区市场和国际市场的需要,特别是必须积极地参与国际市场竞争,这就决定了特区企业在经营管理上必须十分明确市场导向的观念。
