当前,一场新的世界技术革命正以方兴未艾之势蓬勃展开。美、英、西德、日本等国积极采取措施,你追我赶,预计将对世界经济、社会面貌发生深刻的影响。这对于正在进行四化建设的我国人民来说,也面临一个如何取长补短、吸取别国有益的经验、技术,迎头赶上的问题。新的技术革命被称为“第四次工业革命”或“新的世界产业革命”。历史上几次世界技术革命的情况是怎样呢?现介绍一些材料以供教学参考。
At present, a new world technological revolution is booming in the ascendant. The United States, Britain, West Germany, Japan and other countries have taken active measures to catch up with us and are expected to have a profound impact on the world economy and society. This is also a problem facing the people of our country undergoing the four modernizations and how to learn from each other’s advantages and draw lessons from the experience and technologies of other countries so as to catch up with the situation.
