本文采用了从印度引进的专用苦瓜种子为原料,从种子的胚芽中,按Khanna院士授权使用的专利技术提取了“降糖多肽”,经小鼠实验证明“降糖多肽”对小鼠无毒性作用并可使四氧嘧啶所导致的高血糖小鼠的空腹血糖降低。
In this article, we used the proprietary bitter gourd seeds imported from India as raw materials. From the embryos of the seeds, we extracted the “sugar hypoglycemic peptides” according to the patented technology licensed by Academician Khanna. The mouse experiments proved that the “sugar hypoglycemic peptides” are not toxic to mice. It can also reduce the fasting blood glucose in alloxan-induced hyperglycemic mice.
