做为下脚料的麦秸每年有大批被烧掉,即污染大气环境,又造成资源浪费。由于麦秸含有丰富的纤维素、本质素和钾、钙、磷等营养物质,质地松软,保水通气性好,是栽培平菇的理想原料。过去平菇生产多以棉籽皮为主料,随着近几年食用菌产业的发展,棉籽皮价格逐年上升,影响了种菇户的栽培效益。麦秸原料广,生产平菇成本低,如果采取科学的栽培与管理方法,麦秸栽培平菇生物转化率可达到150％。现将栽培技术介绍如下。
