本文分析了在市场经济条件下,企业财务管理活动不断出现的新内容和趋势,企业的经济主体多元化,财务活动多样化,财务关系复杂化等等。财务管理教学应适应新变化,培养适应新形势的新型财务管理人才:第一,把财务管理专业的基础知识用通俗的语言和浅显的例子全面、系统的介绍给学生;第二,教授内容及过程必须具有时代感;第三,要形成完整的知识体系;第四,能够启发学生结合现实情况思考问题,培养他们分析问题和解决问题的能力。
This article analyzes the new content and trend of the enterprise financial management under the condition of the market economy, the diversification of the economic subjects, the diversification of the financial activities, the complicated financial relations and so on. The teaching of financial management should adapt to the new changes and cultivate new types of financial management personnel who adapt to the new situation. First, introduce the basic knowledge of financial management profession to students comprehensively and systematically with popular language and simple examples. Second, The process must have a sense of the times; third, to form a complete system of knowledge; fourth, to inspire students to think of problems in the light of reality and develop their ability to analyze and solve problems.
