本文论证了如何用“求真务实”的创新精神做好企业工会工作。即,维护职工权益要用求真务实的态度:始终把保持与职工群众的密切联系作为工会工作的生命线。工会自身建设要有求真务实的作风:提高思想政治素质,增强分析解决问题的能力;提高文化业务素质,认真履行工会职能;提高法律意识,依法维护职工的利益。民主管理工作要有求真务实的手法:要提高职代会的代表素质,工作程序要与时俱进;厂务公开要创新,该让职工群众明白的都应公开。
This article demonstrates how to use the “pragmatic” spirit of innovation to do business union work. That is, to safeguard the rights and interests of workers should be realistic and pragmatic attitude: always maintain the close ties with the workers and the masses as the lifeline of union work. The self-construction of a trade union should have a pragmatic style of seeking truth and being pragmatic: improve the ideological and political qualities and enhance the ability to analyze and solve problems; improve the quality of cultural operations and conscientiously perform the functions of trade unions; enhance legal awareness and safeguard the interests of employees according to law. The democratic management should have the pragmatic approach of seeking truth and being pragmatic: To improve the quality of representative deputies to work congresses, the working procedures should keep pace with the times; and the openness of factory affairs should be innovated, which should be made public to the masses of workers.
