目的采用Easy Twain图像分析法对胸部损伤致血气胸的肺萎陷程度进行测算。方法收集50例胸部损伤致血气胸的X线片、CT片,采用Easy Twain图像分析法对CT片(多层)上肺萎陷程度进行描述,并进行计算。同时采用常规格子计数法进行测算,并对两种方法的测量结果进行比较。结果使用Easy Twain图像分析法与格子计数法,对50例胸部损伤致血气胸及肺萎陷程度测量的结果进行t检验分析,结果表明应用这两种方法的测量结果无显著性差异(P=1)。且图像分析法通过对不同骨窗层面的描述,可更准确的反映肺委陷的面积。结论 Easy Twain图像分析法操作简单、快速,可应用于胸部损伤鉴定中肺萎陷程度的计算。
Objective To estimate the degree of pneumothorax collapse caused by thoracic injury by using the method of Easy Twain image analysis. Methods Fifty cases of thoracic injury caused by pneumothorax were collected. X - ray films and CT films were collected. The extent of lung collapse on CT slices (multi - layers) was analyzed by Easy Twain image analysis. At the same time, the conventional grid counting method was used to measure and the results of the two methods were compared. Results Using the method of Easy Twain image analysis and the lattice counting method, t-test results of 50 cases of hemothorax and lung collapse caused by thoracic injury were analyzed. The results showed that there was no significant difference between the two methods (P = 1). And the image analysis method through the description of different bone window level, can more accurately reflect the area of pulmonary concussion. Conclusion Easy Twain image analysis is simple and fast and can be applied to the calculation of the degree of lung collapse in the identification of chest injuries.
