本研究对中国广西地区毛南族142个健康无关男性个体进行12个X-STR基因座遗传多态性调查。采用AGCU X12 STR荧光检测试剂盒进行扩增及检测。结果在12个X-STR基因座中共检测出108个等位基因,在DXS10159/DXS10162/DXS10164连锁群发现64种单倍型,在DXS6789/DXS7424/DXS101/DXS7133连锁群发现93种单倍型。所调查的毛南族人群12个X-STR基因座具有较好识别能力。
In this study, 12 X-STR loci genetic polymorphisms were investigated in 142 healthy unrelated males from Maonan in Guangxi, China. Using AGCU X12 STR fluorescence detection kit for amplification and detection. Results A total of 108 alleles were detected in 12 X-STR loci. 64 haplotypes were found in the DXS10159 / DXS10162 / DXS10164 linkage group and 93 haplotypes were found in the DXS6789 / DXS7424 / DXS101 / DXS7133 linkage group. The 12 X-STR loci of the Maonan population surveyed have better recognition ability.
