我省通过农村住宅设计方案竞赛,选出了五种比较优秀的设计方案。同时,在长春市郊某公社试建了钢筋混凝土构件的平、坡顶住宅各数间。现就设计、试建中的一些体会,谈点个人意见。 一、建筑方面 (一) 平面布置的选择 在试建的住宅中,以一明两暗中间开门的方案较好,明间做厨房,两端设居室(图1),分居明确,互不干扰,使用比较灵活,可住一户,也可两户合用。
Through the Rural Housing Design Competition, the province has selected five more outstanding designs. At the same time, a number of flat and hilltop residential buildings for reinforced concrete structures were built in a commune in the suburbs of Changchun City. Some experiences in the design and trial construction are now discussed and individual opinions are discussed. I. Architectural Aspects (I) Selection of Plane Arrangements In the trial-built residential buildings, the plan for opening the door in the middle of the Ming and the dark is better. The kitchen is set between the Ming and Qing dynasties. The two rooms are set up at home (Figure 1). The separation is clear and does not interfere with each other. The use of more flexible, can live in a household, but also can be used in two households.
