我厂是上海汽车工业(集团)总公司属下的国有大型企业。主要生产桑塔纳轿车四档、五档变速器总成,其配套对象是上海大众生产的桑塔纳轿车,每年还向美国、加拿大等国家和地区出口4万余台各种齿轮传动箱。 随着改革开放的深入,我厂结合企业的现状,为适应企业的发展,在抓技术改造的同时,加大企业内部管理力度,提出向管理、向质量、向技术要效益,并确定了企业的“集约经营管理”发展战略。经过近几年的努力和实践,初步实现了从粗放经营为主向集约经营为主的转变,在合理配置生产要素、提高产品质量、降低消耗等诸多方面取得了显著成效。1995年工业总产值突破13.5亿元,利润总额突破3.4亿元,同时开创了我国汽车零部件总成首次以高附加值、高技术产品直接为国际上著名企业直销配套的先例,仅此一项就为国家创汇1650万美元,各项主要技术经济指标,均居全国齿轮行业之首,并在科技进步、企业管理等方面获得多项荣誉,1995年获得上海市优秀工业企业形象单位称号、全国质量效益型企业称号,“桑塔纳变速器输入输出轴冷挤压工艺”等三个项目荣获上海科技博览会金奖。

At the same time, it created the first time that China’s auto parts assembly was the first time that high-value-added, high-tech products were directly supported by internationally renowned companies. It earned US$ 16.5 million for the country’s foreign exchange, and its major technical and economic indicators ranks first in the national gear industry. It has won multiple honors in scientific and technological advancement, corporate management, and other areas. In 1995, it won the title of “Excellent Industrial Enterprise of Shanghai” and the National The title of “Quality and Efficiency Enterprise”, three projects “Santana transmission input and output shaft cold extrusion technology” won the Shanghai Science and Technology Expo Gold Award.
