目前据市场研究资料显示,我国高职市场营销专业人才培养存在的亟待解决的问题就是专业人才供应与需求之间的不平衡,也就是说我国现有高职院校所培养出来的专业市场营销毕业生与对接企业人才的实际要求二者之间存在一个巨大的裂痕。本文基于分析市场营销专业课程在高职教学的地位现状,专业人才供给和需求的高职教育的基础上,进一步提出为国内和地区在高职院校市场营销专业人才培养对策。
At present, according to market research data, the problem that needs to be solved urgently for the cultivation of marketing professionals in higher vocational education in China is the imbalance between supply and demand of professionals.
