由竞争走向竞合是东北发展的关键中国商人:目前正在规划实施的国家主体功能区调整方案,将未来全国的国土空间以优化开发区、重点开发区、限制开发区和禁止开发区四大类主体功能区。东北地区(黑、吉、辽、蒙)与俄罗斯、韩国、日本等周边国家有比较密切的地缘经济依存关系,同时,这几个地区之间也存在日益紧密的经济联系。就您个人的观察来看,这几个地区有没有可能跳出前些年各地区域经济发展中的恶性竞争,从而形成一个比较理想的大区域合作局面?
