1998年9月14日～18日，川、滇、黔、桂四省（区）水电学会科技期刊年会在贵阳乌江水电开发公司召开，参加会议人数19人；贵州省科协学术部正、副部长，云南、贵州省水电学会秘书长以及四省（区）各期刊编辑部主编、副主编、编辑等出席了会议，代表们就科技期刊执行现有国家标准
From September 14th to 18th, 1998, the annual meeting of scientific journals of the Hydroelectric Society of the four provinces (regions) of Sichuan, Yunnan, Jiangxi, and Guangxi was held at Guiyang Wujiang Hydropower Development Corporation. The number of participants was 19; the Academic Department of Guizhou Science and Technology Association was established. Deputy Minister, Secretary-General of Yunnan and Guizhou Hydropower Association, editor-in-chief editor, editor-in-chief of the four provinces (districts), editor-in-chief, editors, etc., attended the meeting. Representatives implemented existing national standards on scientific and technological journals.
